Engineering-Led Manufacturing. Precision Without Limits.

For more than 35 years, EMEC has designed the tooling, press systems, and processes that turn challenging metal designs into repeatable, production-ready components.

35+ Years Deep-Draw Expertise
All Tooling & Presses Built In-House
±0.005 in Length & Diameter Tolerances

Built for Engineers. Trusted by Industry.

EMEC is a U.S. engineering and manufacturing partner specializing in deep draw metal forming, low-volume CNC machining, and custom hydraulic press systems. By designing and building every die, fixture, and press in-house, we control geometry, quality, and schedule from concept to production.
Customers in defense, aerospace, water purification, automotive, energy, and industrial markets rely on our vertically integrated process to deliver parts that other shops cannot or will not quote.

In-House Tooling & Press Design

Custom dies and hydraulics tailored to each part.

No Geometry or Size Limits

Current tooling produces parts up to 8" diameter, 40" length. We can built custom presses and tooling for any size imaginable.

Modern, High-Tolerance Equipment

Our custom designed, purpose-built presses outperform our competition's old and "off-the-shelf" commercial machines. Tighter tolerances. Better repeatability.

Reverse Engineering Support

We digitize, redesign, and qualify legacy or undocumented parts.

Early 1960s
Deep-draw pioneer Don Grigorenko develops new forming techniques that become the foundation of EMEC’s process expertise.
1980s
The current owners and key employees of EMEC begin working for the Grigorenko family, learning deep-draw methods directly from Don.
1995
Carrying on the family expertise, Ray Grigorenko founds Engineered Manufacturing & Equipment Company. First project: design and build a turnkey line for large water-filter housings for a major filtration OEM.
2000s
Production of deep-drawn defense cases begins, requiring EMEC to build a complete in-house production line. Two additional water-filter lines are installed, followed by the design and construction of two large propane-tank presses for an Asian customer.
2010s
EMEC commissions a coil-fed, high-speed press line producing reusable water bottles at over 900 units per hour. Extensive R&D support for a leading steel oil-filter manufacturer enables design changes and testing in days instead of months.
Today
EMEC continues to design purpose-built presses and deliver ±0.005 in repeatability for defense, aerospace, water, hydrogen, lighting, and automotive programs worldwide.
